"The captains boathouse is both luxurious and relaxing place to stay. Jaap was very helpful at check in and explained how to use the many high end appliances. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats pass by was a relaxing and interesting past time. With the picturesque town just a short walk away with its many and varied eateries made our week highly enjoyable, we would loved to have another week at least to enjoy our holiday in the Captains boat house. "

"Loft was beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. We were not missing anything, super stay at this lovely apartment. Location was also great, beautiful view on the water and easy walking to the old town. Parking was also easy, just in front of the door. We would highly recommend to others and hope we can go again. For a family it is recommended if the children are older. Ours are 9 and 11 and it was perfect for us. It is not set up for young children. We took a ride with Patrick on a speed boat, great fun! Harderwijk is also such a charming town, even with the covid restrictions, there was plenty to see and places for take away."
